Application Services:

• Services to all Yemeni telecom networks: call minutes, internet packages, bill payments.
• Electronic services such as game top-ups and digital cards.
• Providing Wi-Fi cards and manual services.

Important Notes:

• All operations are financial transactions and cannot be deleted.
• Customers can deactivate or freeze accounts directly in the app.

Information we collect:

1. Personal contact information

   We may collect: first name, last name, work address, phone number, IMEI, device ID, OS version, and browser type. This helps protect your account.

   We do not request your e-mail, bank account numbers, GPS location, interests, gender, or specialization.

2. Use of your information

   Used to create accounts, communicate, and process payments securely through telecom APIs under Yemeni law.

3. Application information

   Only the phone number and package details are sent to telecom APIs, and you are notified of the result.

4. Browsing data

   No browsing data is collected. Access requires an account and admin approval.

5. Marketing

   We do not sell or rent your information. Promotions are limited to our services.

6. Disclosure

   We do not disclose your information except to comply with legal obligations.

7. Cookies

   Cookies save time and identify you, without transmitting viruses. You may disable them.

8. Security

   We use SSL encryption. Access is only via registered devices.

9. Other parties

   Third parties include: imgbb, yemenrobot.com.ye, Firebase.

10. Modify the privacy policy

    We may change this policy anytime by publishing a new version.

11. Contact List

    Only collected if you select a number from contacts for payment.

12. Photos

    Only collected if you send them for support.

13. Connection

    Messaging through in-app chat. Files uploaded through imgbb.com.

خدمات التطبيق:

• تقديم خدمات جميع شبكات الاتصالات اليمنية.
• شحن الألعاب (ببجي، فري فاير...).
• شحن البطاقات الافتراضية (Razer Gold، iTunes...).
• شحن التطبيقات (يويو، TopTop...).
• الحصول على كروت واي فاي.
• تسديد فواتير الاتصالات.

ملاحظات هامة:

• العمليات المالية غير قابلة للحذف.
• يمكن للعملاء إلغاء أو تجميد حساباتهم عبر التطبيق.

المعلومات التي نقوم بجمعها:

1. معلومات الاتصال الشخصية (الاسم، الهاتف، عنوان العمل...).
2. استخدام المعلومات لإنشاء الحسابات وتنظيم السداد.
3. معلومات تقديم الطلب (رقم الهاتف، نوع الباقة...).
4. لا يتم جمع بيانات التصفح.
5. لا نبيع معلوماتك لأغراض تسويقية.
6. لا نكشف عن معلوماتك إلا للامتثال للقانون.
7. الموقع يستخدم SSL وتشفير.
8. أطراف أخرى: imgbb، yemenrobot.com.ye، Firebase.
9. تعديل سياسة الخصوصية عند الحاجة.
10. قائمة الاتصال عند الدفع فقط.
11. الصور عند إرسالها للدعم فقط.
12. الاتصال عبر دردشة التطبيق.

إلغاء الخدمة

للتطبيق الحق في إلغاء أي حساب يحاول العبث أو التحايل.

التواصل الداخلي بالإدارة

يمكن التواصل عبر واتساب أو تيليجرام. حاليًا، لا يمكن الرد عبر شات التطبيق قبل التفعيل.
